Style Spotlight: Meet ShopAddikt's celebrity stylist Kallah Maguire

Celebrity contributer for ShopAddikt and founder of The Emerald Scarab- a personal styling, shopping, and image consulting service.

A little bit about Kallah...

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Kallah is known for her passion for haute couture, as well as a playful renegade attitude. As a kid, she always played dress-up in her grandmother's vintage clothing, and even won an award as the 'Dress-Up Queen' at summer camp. Pursuing her interests in fashion and photography, Kallah attended the Fashion Institute for Design and Merchandising in San Francisco. Ultimately it was her flair for style and love of shopping that led her into a fashion styling career. Currently based out of Los Angeles, Kallah has been busy working with a variety of photographers and designers on fashion, celebrity and cover shoots. She is focusing on expanding more of her work into high fashion, commercial, and personal styling. Kallah has also worked in Amsterdam, utilizing her network of professional contacts in the local fashion industry and knowledge of the Western European consumer market. While in Europe she collaborated with various local and international photographers, designers and artists on high-fashion projects. Additionally, Kallah had the opportunity to work with Tommy Hilfiger Europe on a California themed summer marketing campaign. Earlier work in San Francisco with local photographers and various stylists allowed the development and expression of her distinct California roots, mixed with a strong influence from her own imagination. Kallah enjoys contributing her own unique, yet informed perspectives in a number of different capacities, including wardrobe styling, photoshoot design, trend research, marketing and advertising
